I am a Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP), a wife and mother to 3 amazing young men. I have been pursuing and cultivating my purpose of caring for infants and children for over 20 years! I graduated from the illustrious Hampton University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a registered nurse in the UNC Children's Hospital Cardiac Step down unit and Duke Children's Hospital in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
I started my Nurse Practitioner career in 2009 after graduating from Duke University School of Nursing with a Masters Degree. I have had clinical experience within in Federally Qualified Health Clinics, Urgent care, Level I Pediatric Trauma ED, and primary care leadership. I have also had the privilege teach as a part time Adjunct Clinical professor at Winston Salem State Nursing School.
My experiences have equipped and prepared me to bring quality healthcare to the doorstep of families here in the Triad area when they need it most.
