Abdominal pain associated with Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Constipation, Ear pain/infection; Simple Foreign Body/Wax removal from Ears, Upper Respiratory Illnesses, Allergies, Rash, Asthma Exacerbation, Minor Wounds and Injuries, Non-Complex Skin Boils On-Site Testing and Send Out Culture if needed for Strep, Influenza, Covid & Urinary Discomfort.
$35 convenience fee for visits located within 30 miles of Winston-Salem
After-Hour & Weekend convenience fees start at $45
($1/mile additional for locations over 30 miles)
