Sports Physicals

A sports physical (pre-participation physical) assess whether your child or teen is healthy, safe, and cleared to play.
Whether the season is starting soon or paperwork is due now, we help families avoid last-minute scrambles and missed opportunities.
School Assessments
Starting at $55.00
School assessments are required health evaluations needed for camp, daycare, preschool, kindergarten, school or even college enrollment and compliance.
When forms are due and deadlines are approaching, we help families stay on track—without long waits or missed school days.
