Our Mission
Establishing a meaningful, impactful presence in the community by focusing on education, bridging healthcare gaps and providing equitable, quality pediatric care that is accessible and convenient to children and adolescents in the community.
Our Mission
Our patients’ voices tell the story.
“I created this practice to meet families where they are, listen intentionally, and provide personalized, purposeful care that supports both your child and your family.”
Katina Little, Lead Nurse Practitioner
We love our visits with Katina and Purposeful Pediatrics. They feel like visits with family. I know my baby is in really good hands.

Inclusive
We believe every child and family deserves compassionate, respectful care. We welcome families of all backgrounds and walk alongside them with dignity, understanding, and individualized support.
Accessible
We remove barriers to care by bringing pediatric services directly to families. Access means timely visits, clear communication, and care that truly meets families where they are.
Trustworthy
Families can feel confident knowing their child is cared for by an experienced, board-certified provider who leads with integrity, consistency, and heart.
Collaborative
We believe the best care happens in partnership. We work closely with families, schools, and their healthcare partners to support each child’s health through open communication and shared decision-making.
